Half the teams HAD to lose, but not necessarily the ones you thought would lose.

Some tragic blow-outs in the league, and we’re not just talking about Antonio Brown.

Wade McElwain and Ryan Cull reflect on their horrible scores in Week 1, and offer some contrition as to why they chose so badly.

Texans vs Saints

Week 1 brought a great southern match-up between the Saints and the Texans.
The Saints are heavily favoured to go all the way in 2019, while the Texans have higher hopes than Panic at the Disco.

What a game it was!
The Texans came all out at the Saints, using a great running game, and an even better Deshaun Watson, who carved up the Saints with fancy footwork and some great passes.

In the end, it all came down to Drew Trees-who came from behind and was able to get his team to secure the last minute, winning field goal.

Clowney

Jadeveon Clowney must feel like he is on cloud 9 since leaving old Bill O’Brien.
Not only is he on a team that has a chance, he is also on a team where the coach doesn’t act like a despot and put himself in charge of the puppet government.
Pete Carroll is notoriously one of the nicest guys to get along with…even Antonio Brown would get along with him!

Week 2-Sky Sports

For those of you who watch Sky Sports NFL, good news!
They have some great games tee’d up for Week 2 of the NFL, so why not come to one of our locations and watch with us?
We will be at the Belushi’s Hammersmith this Sunday to help them kick it all off with wings, beer and good times!
