Cincinnati Bengals at Houston Texans
Joe Burrow’s got a tight back, Houston’s got a furious defense fresh off getting torched by Buffalo, and neither team looked especially convincing in Week 1. This has “ugly, low-scoring slobberknocker” written all over it.

Ryan thinks Baltimore’s talent is just too much regardless of injuries; Wade isn’t ready to hand New Orleans nothing.

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears
Caleb Williams and the Bears looked like a genuine problem in Week 1, and Ben Johnson’s offense has both hosts fired up. Ryan and Wade agree Minnesota’s running game just isn’t scary enough to keep pace, even with Justin Jefferson doing Justin Jefferson things.

Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots
Drake May threw three picks in the opener, AJ Brown is banged up, and New England’s receiving corps has both hosts genuinely worried. Ryan and Wade both expect this to be low-scoring and ugly, with the Patriots grinding one out at home off ten days of rest.

New York Jets at Green Bay Packers
Yes, you read that right — the New York Jets are 1-0. The Packers, meanwhile, are riding a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season and desperately need a get-right game before Matt LaFleur’s seat gets any hotter. Ryan thinks this is Jordan Love and Christian Watson’s chance to steady the ship; Wade thinks the Jets’ run game could make it a nail-biter.

Philadelphia Eagles at Tennessee Titans
Tennessee didn’t have a single offensive play over 15 yards in Week 1, and both hosts are asking the same brutal question about Cam Ward: is the guy actually good, or are we all just hoping? Against Vic Fangio’s defense, the smart money says the Titans’ offense stays firmly in “please, God, just one touchdown” territory.

Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons

Cleveland Browns at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Baker Mayfield gets his old team, and after Tampa Bay no-showed against Cincinnati, both hosts think the Bucs come out swinging. Deshaun Watson’s rough run in Cleveland only adds to the pile-on.

Wade’s pick: Buccaneers win, 30-10.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos
Jacksonville has scored at least 23 points in twelve straight games, while Bo Nix and the Broncos managed just ten points against Kansas City. Ryan and Wade both like Trevor Lawrence’s momentum over a Denver offense that looked stuck in neutral.
Ryan’s pick: Jaguars win, 24-20.
Wade’s pick: Jaguars win, 27-24.
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers
Justin Herbert had a rough week and both hosts see this as a bounce-back-or-bust game for him. Ryan and Wade both take the Chargers to win, but neither trusts them to cover against a Raiders team playing with nothing to lose.
Ryan’s pick: Chargers win, 27-21.
Wade’s pick: Chargers win, 23-20 (Raiders cover).
Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys
Dallas hasn’t started a season 0-2 since 2010, and after getting run over for 165 yards on the ground by the Giants, Jerry Jones is reportedly ready to climb out of his walker and start swinging a cane. Ryan and Wade both think Dallas rights the ship at home, though neither trusts that defense to make it easy.
Ryan’s pick: Cowboys win, 33-21.
Wade’s pick: Cowboys win, 30-24.
Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks
The reigning Super Bowl champs are favored, but Ryan and Wade are both buying the Cardinals as this year’s sneaky-good surprise team. Drew Lock steps in for Seattle, Jacoby Brissett keeps playing smart, mistake-free football, and both hosts see Arizona pulling off the road upset in a game that comes down to the wire.

Miami Dolphins at San Francisco 49ers
After watching Miami manage just 13 first downs and get shredded for five sacks in Week 1, Ryan and Wade agree the Dolphins might be the worst team in the league right now. Kyle Shanahan gets Christian McCaffrey and Mike Evans rolling behind a 49ers offense that’s fully healthy and fully motivated. This one could get out of hand fast.

Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs are looking to prove last year’s disappointing season was a blip, and with Kenneth Walker III running wild, Ryan and Wade both think Kansas City’s ground game controls this one under the Arrowhead lights. The only debate is how many points Patrick Mahomes adds on top.
Ryan’s pick: Chiefs win, 26-22.

New York Giants at Los Angeles Rams
Jaxson Dart gets his first real road test on Monday Night Football against a Rams team that got mocked all offseason for their infamous Australia travel mishap — and Ryan thinks Sean McVay is fuming and ready to take it out on New York. Wade agrees the Rams win, but thinks the Giants have enough juice to keep it interesting and cover the spread.
