Week 2 Results

September 23, 2020 by nflinlondon

What a week of injuries week 2 was in the NFL, as the Giants had their knees swept, the Bills secondary became singular, and the 49ers became the 9ers after losing 40% of their squad.
It was a trickier one for betting as some teams truly looked inept and failed to live up to their potential. Not to mention the surprises.
Wade caught a .500 with an 8-8, and Ryan continued his losing week with a 6-10.
Here are some of their right and wrong picks.

Wrong

Bills vs Dolphins

Wade called the weather being a factor in this one as the Bills looked sluggish in the swamp. Fitzmagic pulled TDs out of a hat and made the Bills nervous until the late game shenanigans. Both guys thought that Buffalo would have one by more, and they should have.

Chiefs vs Chargers

The boys from LA sure got a bolt of confidence when they kept Mahomes and the Chiefs at bay for 4 quarters of great football. The Chargers offered up a blueprint on how to beat the champs, & their D was wicked fierce. Both guys thought that the Chiefs would romp instead of limp.

Right

Giants vs Bears

Wade bet against his team as did Ryan. Luckily it was a 5.5 spread, so the Bears took a big lead and led it almost fly away due to lack of focus & ineptitude. Chicago should consider themselves lucky, as should the guys for hanging in on the line. Go Bears.

Panthers vs Bucs

TB12 was firing on all cylinders as he romped to his first win in Tampa. The Bucs were favoured and really exploded on poor Carolina, which was good if you were betting on Tampa to win. Easy win, good spread.

Wade’s Wins

Broncos vs Steelers

Wade is hot on Denver even if they don’t have much except good coaching and few penalties. He liked the Broncos to cover at 7.5 and they did indeed.

Falcons vs Cowboys

Wade had the Falcons to win this one and they almost did. Cowboys were favoured by 5 so it seemed easy that Matt Ryan would torch that D. Too bad his defence was even worse. The ball spun away, but they still covered.

Brady Bowl

February 14, 2020 by nflinlondon

Tom Brady is a hot piece of ass this offseason, as teams try to gauge whether the GOAT is going to stay the course in Beantown, or head for greener, richer pastures.
Brady turns 93 this year, so will he still be too old to compete against a new league of speed and youth?
Probably.

Tommy Boy has showed signs of ageing as of late, but one wonders if that is truly down to age, or an anemic offensive unit, or just plain old Billy Belichick.
What has trill been on display is Tom’s fierce competitive spirit, that’s something that you can’t replicate. Every week, Tom comes to play with a fierce intensity, and he is still one of the few you fear when he has the ball with 2 minutes left on the clock.
So IF Tom Brady decides to leave, where will he go?
Let’s look at the obvious choices.

Patriots (-250)

Is Tom being a dick tease? ‘Cause it sure looks like he is gussying up his bussom to look attractive and make New England jelly.
The odds are stacked that Brady will return to New England after they come to their senses and back up that money truck.
Brady is a classy guy, and has displayed this throughout his career, allowing others to earn while he took less. He has brought the city of Boston 6 SuperBowl rings, and developed into an icon.
So why would they want to let that go?
Remember that hometown booing at Tommy this season after losing a game, many fans were quick to interject ‘what they hell are you doing? You have nothing to boo over!’
Robert Kraft needs to rub his wallet and tug out some cash, so that Brady gets his own happy ending.
He will most likely be returning to Foxboro in 2020.

Las Vegas Raiders (+300)

What happens in Vegas, will most likely suck. Gruden was able to turn some of the team around last year, but they seemed to be stuck in freefall after the AB debacle shook the whole team.
BowlCut Davis and the rest of his organisation have left on their odyssey through the desert, but will it be all sunshine and sand dunes?
Historically, any team that moves to Vegas has a rough ride. The NHL Golden Knights captured the hearts of the city, but as soon as they started to suck the following year, attendance was back down again.
Brady would be a feather in their cap, but a big plume to catch he would be.
While Las Vegas might have the funds and draft picks to be able to finagle a deal to land TB12, it would mean leveraging their future for one potential shot at it.
Would you want to risk all of that to get 10 years of an empty stadium?
Highly doubtful.

LA Chargers (+400)

Phillip Rivers and family have left LA, changing the population of the city, and the future of the Chargers.
Chargers fans have been pretty screwed over since they left San Diego, and the team and the league have down very little to heal the massive rift that developed in the process.
The city of LA has adopted the Chargers like they were a ginger stepchild with coronavirus, so there isn’t a lot of love there to begin with.
The Chargers need a win, in more ways than one-but replacing an ageing QB with an even older QB is not a step in the right direction.
LAC might be looking at making some bold moves this year, but that will probably involve gutting the team, drafting young, and putting some new faces into the mix.
TB12 will not be one of them.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+700)

Jameis Winston finally got his eyes fixed, but will that have an affect on his 2020 season? Hopefully.
Will they look to replace JW with TB?
Doubtful.
Tampa is a huge step backwards for Tom, the team has some speedy assets, but would he be willing to drop to a lower tier team with attendance issues?
Even if Tom were to come over to the Bucs, they are still a few seasons away from challenging for the title.
The D needs help, their running game needs to be tightened, and their offence needs a new identity.
Tom would not want to step into that mess, even with Brucey running the team around him.
Jameis will be back in 2020.

Here are some of the other teams in the mix for Tom Brady, although these ones are even further afield.

Colts (+900)

Andrew is out of Luck and Jacoby doesn’t give off starter vibes. They have space to chase Tom, but they wouldn’t be willing to risk it all for a man of his age.

Browns (+1200)

Oh Cleveland you delicious mess! What will you do to implode your season this year. Baker was ok, but the team as a whole was an ego of disappointment. No way that Tom wants to sum on that hornets nest of idiocy.

Saints (+1400)

Ditch Brees for Brady? No way Jose. While it is nice to have him in the mix, there is no way that the Saints move on from DB. They will give him everything for another shot at it.

Bears (+1600)

Now this one is interesting. Trubisky has crapped the bed so much, they don’t even bother to change the sheets anymore. Would the team be willing to go after Tom to give the rest of the team a shot? Mitch certainly wasted a few games last season, but they may not want to spend a fortune to finish below the Packers again this year.
Nice to think about, but no

So our consensus on this is…Brady stays with the Patriots.
They kiss, they make up, they inflate each other a bit, slap each other on the butts, then head to the strip mall for some ‘Kraft Dinner.’

It looks to be a great season ahead.

Wade’s Week 17 Picks

December 29, 2019 by nflinlondon

Are you still fat and drunk from the holidays? Then buckle in for Week 17 of the NFL, which can be as exciting/ boring/ unpredictable as a family Christmas dinner.
There are a few games that really matter in the playoff race, and some that are a fart in the wind to cap out the week.

For some of the teams that have already secured a playoff spot, they are more concerned with resting their good players, and thus the games become incredibly difficult to handicap.
Also, teams will be watching the scores of other games, and will adjust the beatdown facto they lay on the other teams-or lay-off.
This adds a wacky nugget element to sports betting.
To help you out, I have made some of my predictions to help out your betting options.

Make sure you check out our BetRegal offer. Just deposit £10 and spend it on a bet, and you get ANOTHER free £10 bet to make on another offer.

We have our DraftKings League set up as well, so pop on over and set up your team for today.

Wildcard Saturday is just around the corner, and we will be showing ALL of the NFL Playoffs at the Long Acre pub in Covent Garden. For £7 you get entry and a welcome beer.

Ok, let’s take a look at some of the big games this Sunday.

-13 Saints (12-3) vs Panthers (5-10) +46

Christian McCaffrey must be tired. He has been carrying this team on his back/ legs and ego this season, and it has been a very disappointing one. What will happen next season with Cam Newton, and can they fade out this season with some dignity?
The Saints are fired up. They have 12 wins under their belt, but it’s the 3 losses that are the scary ones. They have shown some inconsistent play during some of these games, and that’s not the blueprint you want to take into these playoff games.
The Panthers won’t be motivated at home, but the crowd will be treated to a high-scoring affair.
Alvin Kamara looks to have a beast of a game, so factor him into your fantasy line-up.
The Saints are looking at home field advantage, so they will be ready to run up the score to get it that way.
Saints win big.

Dolphins (4-11) vs -15.5 Patriots (12-3) +44.5

‘At least we’re not the Bengals!’
The Dolphins had a pretty miserable season, but at least they were able to not fully trash bag the season, and walk out with 4 wins.
Ryan Fitzpatrick brought his magic to many of these games, and although they won’t get the first draft pick, they will be able to slowly start rebuilding the team.
This is a tough game, because the Patriots need a win, but they don’t need a beating of the fish.
As long as they win, they’re in-but they will be watching the Chiefs score to determine how far that beating goes.
Look for Brady to roll up some big scores early on, then let off the gas after the first half, once they know what the playoff implications are.
I can see Fitzy going out with a bang in the second half, unless he gets demolished by the Pats D.
Dolphins cover.

-13 Packers (12-3) vs Lions (3-11-1)

The Lions have had a worse season than lions being kept in an Eastern European circus.
Too many injuries, and a disappointing tough schedule have kept them in the NFC north basement.
The Packers are sitting pretty, but they need to win to secure a home field position.
Again, they will look to put up a big score, then start to coast, but unlike the Dolphins, the Lions don’t have any assets to allow them to keep this game close.
Packers win big.

LA Chargers (5-10) vs -9 Chiefs (11-4)

The Chiefs are in the playoffs, but how far are they in? Just the tip, or the full shaft?
Kansas will also be keeping an eye on the Patriots game to see how their future holds.
In the crazy chance that the Dolphins actually beat the Patriots, KC can secure home field advantage, and make the season a lot tougher for anyone willing to visit the midwest.
The Chargers have a solid front D, so look for them to chase Patrick Mahomes all over the field.
LA is one of those teams who won’t let up in this game. It’s their final season in the old stadium, so it’s a new start and new home going forward.
There will probably be more hot dog vendors in the stand than there will be Chargers fans.
Chargers cover.

I will be outlining what some of the good parlay pick options are this week, so make sure you head over to BetRegal and take me up on my predictions.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Tipmaster Wade

December 11, 2019 by nflinlondon

I am a jackass really, but one who knows NFL picks.
Call it a gift, a curse, or a result of infantile sports laziness, but I am pretty good at making NFL picks each week.
I do my research, listen, learn and watch. Not just the games, but the stats, the weather, and emotions. Players are people too, and the locker room can transfer onto the field of play with ease.

I’m doing pretty good this season, hitting a sweet 64%. This is based on a season record of 132-73-2 of spread betting. Not game betting, I am betting on the Vegas based point spread on all of these games. There were a few solid mid week winners, except Week 9, which hurt like a throat infection. Week 14 was a dick knuckle duster to the soul, but I was 8-6-2, & came 3rd in a large fantasy league of seasoned minds, so I didn’t feel that bad.
I have rebounded with new information and confidence.

The next few weeks in the NFL are getting tense, so we need to pay attention to what happens to see where we bet.
You ready sensei?

Subscribe and follow me

I will be embarking on a whole new service of NFL tips and advice.

In the next few weeks I will try to rise above this 64% to satisfy y’all with some great NFL betting advice.
I make no claims of guaranteeing wins, but I can offer some advice on how to parlay some of my tips into some nice yields.

Yes, you can bet big on a few games, but sometimes it’s sweeter to bet a bunch of smaller bets with greater pay days. With a £50 deposit, I have been able to run a Sunday train on 20 parlay options that made me over £860. Do that every week and £50 a week isn’t such a big pain in the pocket.

With smart betting on my tips you can make an easy £5000 a month. Yes, you will win. No, you won’t win every time. It’s up to you how much you wager, but I will try to give you the best parlays that will jingle your pant pockets.

Follow me, and I will be setting up a yearly or monthly tips service for avid sports fans. NFL for sure, but once that season ends I will hit you with NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA & XFL tips.
I know and watch them all.
Let’s do this.

Come also watch me host quizzes or perform comedy across the UK. I love to entertain, and sports betting is just a great part of it.
