September 13, 2019 by nflinlondon

Week 2 in the NFL is here, & Wade McElwain & Ryan Cull have the picks you need to take your into week 2.

In this video, the boys breakdown their picks and score for the entire weekend.
Want the gist of it?

Buffalo Bills (-2.5) vs NY Giants +42.5
Battle of D & O lines in a tight game that takes us to Redzone palpability.
Ryan has it 27-20 Bills, while Wade has it 21-20 Bills, with the Giants covering.

LA Chargers (-3) vs Detroit Lions +47
Phillip Rivers has kids to feed, & the Detroit defines is hungry. Ryan likes the Chargers to fuel up in Michigan, while Wade takes the Lions to devour a home win.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans (-8.5)
Holy Deshaun Watson!
He’s enough to turn a fantasy man to a different team!
What a performance last week, and good on them for loading up.
Dick Mildew (?) will struggle to Jag off in this one.
Ryan: Texans 35-Jags 20 Wade Texans 31-Jags 10

Vikings vs Packers (-2.5) +44.5
Packers love to pack cheese at home. Look for them to make a rodgering of the Vikings in the long run.
Wade: Packers 30-Vikings 20 Ryan: Packers 27-Vikings 24

49ers vs Bengals (-1) +44.5
Roar kitty.
The Bengals are loose like a midwest heroin mom after chardonnay o’clock.
Can they feed off the Kittle, or will the Kittle feed off of them?
Ryan sees the hot squad taking down the silicon studs, while Wade predicts big data will spoil the show.
Ryan: Bengals 21-49ers 17 Wade 49ers 24-Bengals 21

Tom Brady-Olympian

September 12, 2019 by nflinlondon

Tom Brady could be in the Olympics, but in which sport?
Our own Wade McElwain asks him in at= throwback Thursday affair or retro nostalgia.
We go back to 2012 for this clip, when the New England Patriots spanked the Rams of St. Louis in a whack down London affair.

Wade further asked Tom Brady if his wife Gisele Bunchen would ‘hook him up’ with one of his wife’s friends as he was single.
Tom was quick to shut this crap down for what it was.

Tom is delicate in his response, first giving kudos to the US Olympic team, which dominated that year.

Tom did admit that while he might not be able to compete in the traditional Olympics, he has a ‘hell of an arm’, which to this point has served him well.

Tom Brady is poised to set another career record year this season, why not take him as MVP for this season?
Or pick him to take out the Patriots?
Or take him in our draft kings contest?

Win tickets from us.

Whitney’s Super Bowl

September 7, 2019 by nflinlondon

Who wins Super Bowl 54?
It all depends on who you ask.

In this case we ask actor/comedian David Whitney to give us his prediction for the big game on Feb 2, 2019.
An ardent Giants fan, one would think that David would choose the Big Blue Machine, but he does not.

David goes off on an AFC vs NFC trailblazing route here, choosing the Rivers-led LA Chargers (or San Angeles Chargers) vs the mercurial Minnesota Vikings.
David actually believes that the Vikings will WIN!

Not only that, David predicts that the Vikings will win 36-28 over the Chargers, and hoisting the Lombardi trophy.

Do you have a prediction?
Let’s figure out the odds.

NFC Prediction

September 4, 2019 by nflinlondon

Who is going to win it all this year?
That’s what savvy, betting, NFL fans look at when it comes to cashing out, and buying that 1 bedroom condo in Boca Raton.

When it comes to the NFC, we have our own predictions that can help you buy that lonely villa.

For the NFC East, there can be no other victor than the Philadelphia Eagles.
Bearing a burning season of injuries and admissions, the Eagles look to thrash the Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants.
With a solid running game, fresh receivers and a QB who isn’t looking over his shoulder-the Eagles look set to beat up on this division.
Take them easily.

The NFC North isn’t so easy.
While many laugh and lament at the woes of Aaron Rodgers, there is no doubt that he needs to rebound this year to satisfy the hype.
Or has the sun set on A-A-Ron?
With the Bears starting to jive last year, and a new defensive coach-we like the Bears to outlast this tough division.
The Vikings have yet to show what they ‘got’ for this season, and the Lions are…well, the Lions.

Taking it to the NFC South, the real focus will be on Drew Brees and the Saints.
Can they come back from a dreadful loss last season after such a promising start?
Yes.
The rest of the division is still in divisions, so the Saints need to focus on their home wins, as well as crushing road rivals.
Saints move on.

Will the Rams repeat this year after a crushing Super Bowl loss to the Patriots?
No.
Despite Jared Goff receiving insane money, they don’t have all of the tools that they had last year.
Add to this the shaky knees of Todd Gurley, and there are questions.
The Seahawks have made numerous changes to their roster this season, not only to establish the running game, but to give more tools to Russell Wilson.
We see this paying off.
